Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of the public evia.ro website. Use of the website requires compliance with them. They do not replace or amend documents signed in connection with a property reservation or purchase and do not restrict statutory consumer rights.

The website presents EVIA projects, apartments, facilities, location, specifications, prices and sales contact channels. It allows users to request an offer or a viewing but does not support the online conclusion of a property reservation or sale contract.

Publishing an apartment, price or availability status does not by itself constitute an irrevocable contractual offer. An obligation to reserve or sell arises only from documents accepted or signed by authorised persons.

• Published technical data describes the indicated unit and should be read together with the relevant plan and explanations.
• Legally binding areas, layouts, orientations, specifications and handover terms are those in the applicable technical and contractual documents.
• Renderings, furniture, vegetation, decorative objects, colours and perspectives are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Plans and images may be adapted to screen size; measurements must not be inferred from their digital scale.

Apartment status is synchronised in real time with the EVIA database. An apartment may become reserved or sold at any time, including while the website remains open in a browser. The displayed status therefore describes the current situation, while final allocation results from the commercial or contractual documents concluded for that unit.

Displayed prices are those published for the apartment and payment scenario selected at the time of access. Where the website states “+ VAT” or that prices exclude VAT, tax is added at the statutory rate applicable to the buyer and transaction. The price may vary with the deposit, payment method, parking and selected options.

The total amount, currency, applicable exchange rate, VAT and validity period are established in EVIA's written offer and subsequently in the contractual documents. Those documents prevail in the event of any discrepancy with website information.

• Submitting the offer form is a contact request and does not reserve an apartment.
• Selecting a viewing date and time records the requested slot; the meeting is arranged after confirmation by an EVIA adviser.
• Users must provide accurate and sufficient information so they can be contacted.
• EVIA may reject automated, repeated, incomplete, abusive or unverifiable submissions.

The website may be used for personal information and to contact EVIA about the projects presented.

• Do not attempt to access areas, accounts, data or functions without authorisation.
• Do not disrupt the website through malicious code, excessive automated requests or circumvention of security controls.
• Do not submit unlawful, false or offensive content, or another person's data without a lawful basis.
• Materials expressly offered for download may be retained for personal information without removing ownership notices.

Names, trade marks, logos, text, photographs, renderings, plans, video, graphics and website structure belong to EVIA or rights holders who authorised their use. Copying, publishing, modifying, distributing or exploiting them commercially requires the rights holder's permission unless expressly permitted by law.

The website may link to Google Maps, WhatsApp, social networks, authorities or other external services. Access is optional and subject to the relevant operators' terms and policies. EVIA does not control the operation or content of external pages.

EVIA seeks to keep public information accurate and the website available, but maintenance, technical errors or external services may cause interruptions or temporary differences. Users may verify unclear information through the published contact channels.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liabilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Data submitted through public forms is processed under the Privacy Policy. Storage, analytics and advertising technologies are described in the Cookie Policy, where preferences can be changed at any time.

To resolve a website or commercial-enquiry issue promptly, please contact EVIA first through the channels published on the website. Consumers may use the Romanian ANPC alternative dispute resolution procedure. The former EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is not presented as an active mechanism.

Romanian law governs these terms. Any dispute not resolved amicably or through an alternative procedure will be submitted to the court competent under the law, subject to the special rules protecting consumers.

The terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website or the law. The version in force and its update date are published on this page.
