Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are pieces of information stored by a browser on a device and later read by the website that placed them. Evia.ro also uses localStorage, pixels and online identifiers with similar functions. In this policy, “cookies” includes these technologies when used to remember a choice, measure use or support advertising.

When they are activated
Google Analytics, Amplitude and Meta Pixel are not initialised before you make a choice. You may accept all optional technologies, reject them, or enable analytics and marketing separately. Google Tag Manager loads only when both categories are accepted. Refusal does not restrict access to website content or use of public forms.

How to change your choice
You can reopen “Cookie settings” from the website footer at any time. The new choice applies to future loading and the website attempts to remove known cookies from refused categories. To clear them fully, delete evia.ro cookies and website data in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Providers used
- Google Analytics 4 measures website use after analytics consent.
- Google Tag Manager manages tag loading after the relevant categories are accepted.
- Amplitude Analytics measures EVIA-defined events; Session Replay may operate only after analytics consent and does not record form contents.
- Meta Pixel measures conversions and campaigns only after marketing consent.
- Cloudflare Turnstile operates in public forms for security and does not receive the completed name, phone number, email address or message.

Personal data and transfers
Online identifiers and events associated with optional technologies may be personal data. Their purposes, legal bases, recipients, international transfers and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

Policy updates
Names and durations may change when providers update their services or configurations. This policy is revised when EVIA introduces, removes or materially changes a relevant technology. The current version date appears at the top of the page.
