Comfort built into every detail
EVIA projects use underfloor heating for even thermal comfort and more efficient heat distribution throughout the home. Premium PEX-A pipework is selected for flexibility, resistance to temperature and pressure, and reliable long-term behaviour.
The underfloor heating system connects to smart thermostats in every living space, allowing individual control and comfort tailored to each room. Temperatures can be set separately, making the home pleasant, efficient and easy to manage.
Windows made with SALAMANDER bluEvolution PVC profiles and installed with perimeter sealing tapes provide strong thermal insulation and energy efficiency. The system includes a six-chamber structure, 52 mm triple glazing, Warm Edge spacer, MACO Multi Matic hardware, HOPPE Secustik Titan Mat handles and a thermal sill profile.
For improved sound insulation between apartments, the separating walls use special high-density masonry blocks. Relative to their density, these provide excellent seismic and acoustic characteristics together with the highest level of thermal insulation in their structural-wall category.
The Pinum Blindo 3 apartment entrance door is 100 cm wide and 80 mm thick, with 35 dB acoustic insulation and six locking points. Pinum Suite Plus interior doors include concealed AGB Italia hinges, STV Italia magnetic locks and a solid-wood perimeter structure.
Together with our architectural team, we are preparing spacious, efficiently planned and fully finished homes with Uponor underfloor heating, Salamander bluEvolution triple-glazed PVC windows, Pinum entrance and interior doors, Gewiss or Legrand electrical systems, Roca, Grohe and Geberit sanitary fittings, video intercom, air-conditioning routes, Schindler lifts and glass balustrades.
